France were pretty close in last weeks game and almost got my prediction of a first up loss correct.
Our team is unchanged which is a shame as I would have liked to see Ben Smith moved to fullback and find a place for Rene the Re-a-Ranger to start, even if on the wing. His running with the ball has moved into epic status now. Especially following his destruction of that frog bloke last week in his 10 minute cameo.
Need a bit better reffing of the rucks in this game as we were losing ball constantly as the French forwards dived and flopped on the ground over and around the ruck. A few penalties our way early on in the game and that will sort it out.
Michalak is starting. No idea what the French are thinking. The bloke is mostly to incredibly hopeless nowadays. He has to be the weak link and Cane, Read and Messam must be licking their lips at the thought of putting him off his game.
It should be close but hopefully we'll get the win and seal the series.
